Tattoo request form: your name, contact info, and what you tell us about the tattoo you want. Review form: your name and your review. Design approval & consent form: your name, date of birth, contact info, and the acknowledgments you sign. We do not collect payment information on this site.

To respond to your request, route it to the right artist, book your appointment, keep a record of your consent, and — for reviews — to display your words on this site. That is all we use it for. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree. This site is hosted on Vercel. The map on our home page is embedded from Google Maps, and our fonts load from Google Fonts — Google may log standard technical data (like your IP address) when your browser loads those. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

We do not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of local data so a review you posted stays visible to you on your device. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies, governed by Google's policy.

Booking requests are kept as long as needed to manage your appointment. Signed consent forms are kept as business records as required for legal and insurance purposes. Reviews stay published until you ask us to take yours down.

Our services and this site are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
